I have gotten most webcams working, I needed to use the free version of AnyISightCam kext to get it recognised as iSight, and loaded before USB version. Dunno if they will work on your system. Try backing up IOACPIPlatform.kext, then using latest MultiBeast to use IOACPIPlatform rollback to previous version (10.8.1?) That might help with device detection (not just PCI).
