Our team developed a small but effective ModLoader for The Forest. You just have to run the Tool,choose available mod and click 'Load selected Mod'. Make sure that the first start of the programm can take some minutes. The tool automatically checks your The Forest path and will insert Mods there. With the small button 'Set Game to Default' you can reset your gamefiles to the defaults. We use a 'Mod Server', so if new mods are available you just have to click 'Update ModList' to get the latest mods. Sometimes it can take some hours if a new mod is out to appear in modlist.
Our ModLoader is not 100% done yet, but hundreds of german people use it already. There will be a website to browse all available mods in final ModLoader version, too, but its in development at this time. You can only load one mod at one time, but we manually created some combinations like No More Birds Mod with Creative Mod ( no cannibals ).
The Twilight Forest Mod 1.12.2/1.7.10 adds in a giant dimension that features huge structures. Each structure is massive in size and will lead you to a very difficult boss.
There is tons of new gear to craft, and even unique items to use as well. Dungeons are riddled with mazes and obstacles which will give you quite the challenge. This mod adds a new biomes as well as two new structures that spawn in the Twilight Forest Dimension. There are new mobs that spawn, and can be killed for crafting materials for new armor.
There is also a huge yeti boss that drops the materials for epic armor and also ice bombs. This mod also adds in a new boss that spawns in the Aurora Palace called the Snow Queen. You will also find new structures in the Thornlands Biome. These structures are found in the sky with giants living there.
