If I had known at first of all this disfunctionality that is built into this product, I would never have purchased it, not even at half it's current retail price. I can only write about my experience and the seller gets 5 stars but I could not program this receiver after multiple re-boots. Seller 5 stars, product - skip it until they get the bugs out. The serial numbers are:- Bb. 304655 stamped on the lower end of the top section and the top end of the lower section. It also has 'Made in Czech Republic' stamped on the top end of the lower section below the serial number. The bell has AMATI KRASLICE. Stamped on it. Amati kraslice clarinet serial number. The only serial numbers that anyone can realistically match up with dates are: - Models named after years (e.g. Modell 1928, 57) - Winnenden horns - Horns from 1948, 1949, 1956 and 1966 (and possibly 1901, 1949 and 1977, if you're lucky).
