I would be happy to manually register; however, I don’t see a.ocx file in any of the folders to which Flash 11.9 is installed even though it is installed properly.
My folder options are set to show hidden files, and all I see in C: Windows System32 Macromed Flash are FlashInstall.log, FlashUtil64_11_9_900_117_Plugin.exe, NPSWF64_11_9_900_117.dll, and plugin.vch. The other place where I would think to look for the.ocx file is C: Windows SysWOW64 Macromed Flash.
