Your system also must meet the following minimum requirements: * CPU: Intel® Pentium III 450MHz processor compatible or better * Operating system: Windows® 98SE/ME/ 2000/XP * RAM: 128 MB or more * CD-ROM: 4x CD-ROM drive * VIDEO: 65,000-color or better video display card * Available USB port * Hard Disc: 4GB (8GB recommended) If the camcorder is still not being recognized after you have installed the software, reboot your computer, and then try another USB port or another USB cable.

How do i get windows 7 to recognise my sony handycam DRC-trv140e to put my videos onto my pc Please help me out here. I have lots of video cassette tapes that worked fine with XP but windows 7 NO.
